While I'm no huge fan of Chris Squire or Yes I am however the owner of Squier's instructional video. In this one he clearly demonstrates what he plays. The basic line is played like so:

D ---------------02
A ------------0-2-
E 0-002-223-3-----

But you guys probably know it better. After all, he only wrote it. So what could he possibly know.

I would like to see this video.

I'm also willing to bet that there are so many licks and fills thrown into every version he plays that perhaps just about any tab mentioned could be right.
