GC on the leading edge? We see people paying heavy upcharges to have boutique builders make their brand new bass look like a 12 year old has abused the heck out of it. Maybe this is just the next level of the relicing fad - "Man I've played so much heavy groove on this thing that the neck is going crazy!"

70s, warped neck? Yep, it’s period correct then. 
But you'd still need to warp the neck yourself afterward.
Could I return it if the neck really isn't warped. Not as described.
A 4mm Allen and another 100 bucks off would tell me everything I need to know.
To be fair... They did tell you 3 times. 
I do believe someone make the price tag print wrongly, he actually wanna tag it USD 43.99
The neck will straighten out if you park your truck on it over night. Oh, make sure the sprinklers are on.

I would not pay anywhere near full price for a Squier ever again. The tuners define bad. If I found one for free or under a hundred bucks maybe, but otherwise the tuner swap and neck swap I would want makes it cost as much as a Mexi Fender.
