Well, since you specified that $100 million would be tax-free, that'll give me more to spend on a bass. I'd run out and buy something nice, like a NEW Squier VM, instead of scouring craigslist for a decent used one.
All joking aside, I'm sure a boutique bass would be on the list, although I have no idea which one. And a handful of other mass-produced basses and heads & cabs.

I would have Ernie Ball build me a 7 string bass with just about every custom option just to piss people off.

In one of the numerous other "What's Your Dream Bass?" threads around here I mentioned an Alembic Series II with all the pots replaced by rotary digital encoders, and an onboard microprocessor to allow for storing presets. That would definitely be my $100mil lottery bass.

A Pre-CBS P bass, Oly white with rosewood and tort. For its case, a beach house in Greece with a sound stage and a landing strip.
If I won that kind of money both my wife and I would quit our jobs and travel. Probably take the family to NYC for several days to see some shows, eat some good food etc. So I would probably head up to Woodstock and have myself a nice custom Spector made!
