Yeah, it would upset and offend a lot of people, but that's what'd make it Internet-famous. No such thing as bad publicity, yeah? (Of course, I'd only do that if I actively wanted to be the musical villain or troll in the overall music narrative).

Well I feel like that is super genre depedent.

I feel like Cannibal Corpse could very much get away with it, in fact it would be f ing funny if they did that. Just looking at some of their some titles you can get the idea, they aren't even the most infamous of the song names, Grindcore bands probably are way way extreme and would offend every human.
