Your 2 cents? RIC/ampeg trade dilemma

So, I have for sale a Rickenbacker 4003 Walnut, new condition. Asking 1.4k.

This gentleman is offering a trade. His mint Ampeg SVT Classic head (300 watts) and his Ampeg 810 AV cab, as an even trade for my 4003sw.

My questions;

1) fairness of the trade (not the same resell value each)
2) Im not sure I want a refrigerator for cab, particularly one that weights 150 pounds.
3) never played through a valve amp. I have 5 solid states (gk 1001rb, 700 rb, 500 mb, others)

I don't gig yet, but I have a gk neo 410, plus a gk MBE 410...

It's a fair trade. SVTs typically go for around a grand (give or take depending on condition), and the cabs will go for around $400-500. What matters is if it's fair to you.
