No offense but if looking at your picture is your "flair" I can see why some people don't want to dress like thatLack of 'on stage flair' from everyone but me and the singer. Other than that they're a great bunch that I can't say a bad word about

Not saying they should dress like me, but try not to look like the newest warehouse temp in jeans and a tee that just rolled in after work ... unless your chops alone are gonna completely blow their doors off.No offense but if looking at your picture is your "flair" I can see why some people don't want to dress like that
