Looks beautiful. I'm pretty new to this. What is it exactly? One of a few basses, or do you have many?
Congratulations on six years, the best gift of all! I was was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 1996, and given two to three years. I'm still here.
Fender had that crazy Black Friday sale, exclusive to their website. Couldn't say no to the Late 50s CV. Just under $300 after taxes. Can't get one of these used for that low. I'm thinking Santa scored.

Stupid cheap on Amazon around $450 after tax……I think that is what a MIM Fender should cost! Great bass BTW for those who are curious. Also I do like MIMs I just don't appreciate the prices.

Got this for myself on Thursday. Definitely a self Christmas present, and it's jaw-droppingly amazing.
I was looking at new vocal mic's and wanted something a bit cooler then my sm58… looked at the M80's in different colors/woods and the e935 (basic black) and then decided to go old school with the Supa'fiddy-fiveDid you trade in the Caddy for that microphone? Totally acceptable BTW

What year is that. Is it a short scale? Never saw one. Love the maple necks/fret. I got two Rays with maple necks/frets. Nice.
It's a 2023 "Retro 70's Stingray" - they are new. Basically the new Classic Stingray but even more accurate to the 70s, and even more expensive.
Same here - Xmas and bday gift. Changed out the white pickguard to give it some custom love. I've wanted a Stingray forever and I'm glad this is the one I chose.
