    Haha yeah it was probably the same for me. Proper GNARLY tone you would never get away with that these days. :)

    On bass... The bassist I most associate with fuzz is Robert Sledge from Ben Folds Five. Probably the first track I was aware of having a fuzzed bass part was Beastie Boys' Sabotage.

    I think MCA is still really underrated, he really shines on their instrumental tracks, even on the new album.

    Wow, you're all a lot older than me, if you started with "Think for yourself". That song came out 46 years ago! :eek:
