You guys are nuts.
I get that a lot. LolYou guys are nuts.
That's funny. I'm in Atlanta tonight and had a quesadilla for dinner! Love me some Mexican food...Very cool!
So I'm playing all these posted Tex-mex/Tejano accordion videos and the wife is saying "Now I'm craving Mexican food. We're going to Mario's for dinner tonight" (our favorite Mexican restaurant). Fine by me, I'm craving it now too.
I suspect that it helps to be an old guy and, like me, to have played accordion as a kid. (Forty years on, my wife can't believe that I still have the accordion I had at 8 or 9 years old. We have photos! ...and the accordion!) It also helps to hear some seriously good music by many of those accordionists cited in this thread. David Hidalgo knocks me on my ass everytime he puts on that diatonic of his.I'm amazed! Honestly...
At how many people really have a favorite accordion player. Lol![]()
It's me Scots ancestry.I'm amazed! Honestly...

There's a castle in Scotland that still has my family name on it and can't name 3 accordionists. LolIt's me Scots ancestry.
Hahaha, I used to be like that, until I did a motorcycle tour around the country. There's a castle in Scotland that still has my family name on it and can't name 3 accordionists. Lol
