I'm lucky enough to have a Warwick Streamer LX SE 2010 4 string Fretless. It has Bartolini passive pickups with a Bartolini preamp, unlined ebony fretboard, ovankol neck, redwood top, ash back. Love it!

That's a really pretty bass. I'm jealous. It's the style I'm looking for in a fretless. Really very nice.
Thanks! To possibly curb your jealousy, realize that it's short scale (about 30"), the Guild humbuckers are not the greatest pickups - they're cool but not much high end, hence the sludgebucker moniker, and it's so old that the finish started coming off the back of the neck when I tried to polish it!

On the plus side, it looks and plays great! I've seen other factory fretless Guilds from around the same time (JS-II for example) but this is the only M-85 fretless that I've seen. I was looking for a short scale fretless when I bought it - makes a nice companion to my (fretted) Gibson Triumph.

I played a Veillette semi-acoustic at NAMM that literally took my breath away. It was absolutely effortless to play, and depending on where I set the tone control (piezo pup) and where I plucked, I could get a giant range of almost-upright to electric tones. I will have one, one day.
