Your favorite pizza toppings

Just made one for dinner. Alfredo sauce, ricotta, basil, garlic, and Italian cheeses on top.
Mmm.

I've taken to making my own. I make dough, and sauce from scratch. Easy, inexpensive, and very tasty.
When I have a pizza night at home, I'll prepare a ton of different toppings so everyone can choose. Everyone gets exactly what they want!
Since nobody but me likes anchovies, I've learned to add them as a cold topping rather than baking them in.
BBQ chicken, fresh garlic, onion, mushrooms, and prosciutto.
Sprinkle slice with crushed red peppers and a little Fontina cheese.
Dip in habanero sauce.
Drink a beer.
Repeat.

For traditional pizza, my favorite is pepperoni. I also like sausage, onions, green peppers, bacon, ham or Canadian bacon. I'm not into mushrooms, olives, or anchovies.
I do like the spinach alfredo pizza. Also, in these parts, we have something called a pierogi pizza that is great. It is a pizza crust topped with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, onions, and mozzarella cheese.

I'm a vegetarian trying to go vegan, let me clarify that.
It sounds disgusting, but chickpea, mushroom, banana pepper, no cheese, is the most amazing combo ever.
Asparagus and red onions with hot sauce is also pretty damn good.

Thin crust, thin sauce, thin cheese, then thin sliced hot pepperoni, completely covering all free space. The rest depends on my mood but I enjoy scotch bonnet peppers (those'll burn your mouth more than the cheese!), mushrooms and black olives, banana peppers, BACON, spicy sausage, anything hot really.
I like it with anything and everything except for green olives. My favorite is pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and banana peppers. Now I'm hungry for pizza at 3:50 am
