Your favorite pizza toppings

I'm from Naples and I must admit as far as I am in love with mozzarella, having way too much mozzarella on pizza is not always a smart move, let me explain.
There's always a misunderstanding, while having Mozzarella Napoletana on pizza make it really delicious, having too much mozzarella will ruin it since mozzarella will become like milk and milk will mix with oil, not a good thing for your digestion, so most of the pizza maestros make em by using "fior di latte" a less "noble kind of" mozzarella, though is not exactly a mozzarella. Well, my drummer makes mozzarella but I don't have the appropriate linguistic skills to explain you the real difference between them!

Never had a pizza I didn't like, from the hot lunch pizza's they'd serve in school to the fancy schmancy artisan pizza's from the fancy schmancy restaurants back home.

Though I must say, if there is one thing that undoubtedly can make any pizza 100x more enjoyable, its beer. They were made for each other, like what milk is too cookies, a tasty brew is to pizza.

In that same vein, an honorable mention goes to Pepsi cola, the elementary school sleepover classic combo. Just the thought of which brings to mind greasy N64 controllers and shoulder punching.

Yep, and endless hours spent playing Mario Kart, SM64, Donkey Kong Country, and Golden Eye.

Bro, here in Italy you can't really drink any beer (30cl max) before driving unless u want police to take off your driving licence. Still I'd drink Pepsi with Pizza!

Most places deliver pizza here, so you're more than capable of enjoying fresh hot Pizza and beer from the comfort of your own living room.

Speaking of beer and pizza in the comfort of your living room, I'm having pepperoni and black olives chased by Guinness in a can.

In general I don't like the take away pizza's. I like to take my time and create pizza's myself. Fresh ingredients in the right combination are the key to a fantastic meal.

Usually I don't like take away pizza's too & I have my grandma still making us quite good home-made pizzas, sometimes I must confess I'd like her to stop since pizza in "pizzeria" IMHO is always the best choice! ;)

Hai ragione, le pizze della pizzeria italiana sono la scelta migliore.
I spent several holidays in Toscane and Umbria. The food is one of the reasons to go there.
