Jive1, that's not too bad, I fart in the car with the windows up on the way there. Or in the Guitarist's gig bag 
I like to make my band mates 'taste my colon" as my guitarist (and cousin) would say.
Admittedly I also tend to be the one to pick the songs- trying to be more egalitarian about that though

Me too! but it is probably just a bass player thing
I think my most annoying quality as a bass player is probably that I don't really know how to play in the pocket, but my drummer doesn't know a thing about that and he plays really fast so there isn't much grooving to be had
I have rubbish people skills in that I can't approach people I don't know when sober and I hate phone calls. Means that sometimes we miss some great opportunities because I'm a wimp!

I play my parts just as needed at gigs and practices, but my ear is always looking for others mistakes and where they happen so I can point them out after. They now count on me to find mistakes ...it just happens
Haven't been in a band in a while, but I know my worst quality.
I put up with a lot of crap in my younger days. Let myself be pushed around and taken advantage of just to keep peace in the band. Towards the end of my band days, I didn't take any crap from anybody, probably to the point of being over-sensitive.
I have run the gamut from wishy-washy to hard a$$.

Being better and smarter than everyone. Also being a much more humble human being then the rest of the band. Has to drive them sick I would think.

Knowing more about music than most guitarists. Some of them seem to be really threatened by that. I'm generally not very concerned with their insecurity.
I only remember the basslines to about half of the songs I play. I remember the chords, though. I also know which patterns I tend to use in each band so I can approximate any song we play.
I'm another one of those guys that refuses to be "just the bass player"...(well, I'm not 'cos I'm the only backing vox as well). I like to have my say in rehearsals about how we should play something (often more than my say) and it sometimes rubs up against the lead guitarist.
I don't know why his opinion should count more than mine, after all he only founded the band 8 years ago and built it up into a sucessful rock covers band that I walked into just less than a year ago...

I'm sure I've ticked off quite a fair number of band mates

It is funny about 1/2 time they are confused where to find cranium and colon.

I'm an okay bassist, but my personality is crap.
I'm a total jerk. I'm not patient at all. People obviously not having practiced bugs the crap out of me. Conversely, I'm terrible at networking because I'm really shy when it comes to meeting people. I get bored too easily (that's related to having no patience) and so can't stand rehearsing something endlessly so one band member can get it. I rarely play something the same way twice, and countless other habits that probably annoy the hell out of my bandmates.
