Your most annoying quality as a bandmate

My worst "quality", if you want to call it that, is my Attention Deficit Disorder. I get bored very easily doing the same thing over and over, so my practice periods tend to be very short, and I can't rehearse any more than once a week. Also, the band has to have definite goals to work towards, otherwise it becomes just a boy's night out. The last band I was in turned into this, so I had to quit just to keep my sanity! Doing anything without a definite goal to work towards can make me crazy sometimes!
The music I listen to and am influenced by is vastly different from my band mates, so when I reference a specific band/song/musician, I tend to get awkward stares.
My most annoying quality? Probably that my standards are too high, seriously, no matter how well we play a show, I always say "we sucked" and then proceed to blather on about who screwed up where.
I tend to jam on and make noise in the pauses between songs. Not everyone seems to appreciate that

I think the qualities that drive my bandmates up the wall is the fact I want to contribute in our song making process, out of nearly 15 songs, only two of them have parts i came up, most of the time i'm ignored, also I'm exetremly technical and am the only one who knows music theory.
