Your most playable bass?

Mine's my Jaguar MIJ. It plays so well. But MY RIC 4003 gets 90% of my attention. We play mostly Blues and the RIC just kills. That's with the factory strings(For now)

Without a doubt my FCS Jazz V. So effortless to play. Only a light touch with both hands is needed. I've had it for over a year now and have almost daily practiced, rehearsed and gigged with it, but I still get a thrill each time I play it.

But.......my Squier VM V is surprisingly easy and fun to play. Very low action with no fret buzz. I did change out all the electronics for a better sound though. However, it still doesn't match up with the FCS.

Just have one and it's playable. ESP Horizon-II Five-String. Just started playing it through my pedalboard, makes quite a difference from direct.

Ibanez ATK 750QM. I can shred on it, it also seems to play itself. Action, comfort, versatility, I always feel like I'm playing some 3000 dollar Modulus or something when I am playingmy ATK.

Either the middle one, which is Spear Flextool. After upgraded w/ Badass bridge, it became one of my main bass. love the slim jazz neck. Or, The MIJ fender P bass on the far left. It's been my main bass for quite a while and I'm used to it's sound.

Even though, I love my P5, fretless, P shorty, and my recently acquired Jackson Eliminator 5, these 2 are still my main gigging basses.

Picked up a 68 guild starfire 2 a ways back and haven't been able to put her down.

Blanche as she is known now. I had it set up recently with TI jazz flats and its the most expressive bass I've got, and by far the easiest to play. Short scale, great string spacing, and perfect action. It came with higher action than what I was used to, but I find its better as you can really dig when you want and the strings will never buzz.

All that playability matched with hagstrom bisonics...can't go wrong with any amp.

By far my most playable bass is my Lakland 44-02.
At the gig last night I once again was amazed that one of my least expensive instruments is the one that I almost always take.
It is really a joy to play.
