Your Most-Wanted Rare Feature on a Bass

A on/off switch that would attract hot chicks that carry no baggage; the pot would control age.
I would think that this option could more than double the value of even the most expensive instrument.

My R&D team is on that one...They're also working on a stereo output jack that attracts twins when combined with the on-off switch. I'll send everyone at TB a blast email when those basses are available. :D

You sir, may someday rule the world.
Even at say $100K per bass it would save a pile of money when you consider dating; let alone marriage, alimony, or both.

dual 3 band EQ, stacked, with separate mid selectors, two pice laminate neck with a thin wenge top almost over a maple core, so it has wenge's feel, maples tone, and sexy looks at the neck joint.

I'd also like to inform the fanned fret guy that they are making a mtd style line from Dingwall that he would fine quite perfect for his taste. not mine, I could never get used to the fanned frets, I played that stupid Dingwall for an hour before I returned. barre chords are considerably more weird.

A four string P-bass with Jazz Pickups. No P/J set up, just two J's.

Seems like it'd be an easy thing to produce, but I can't think of when i've seen one...

Rondo's got a couple fivers like this, but no fours...

on passive/active switch

also alot of gains have been made in guitars that rarely translate to bass
mostly because have the time you physically can't:

1. Locking tuners/staggered tuners
2. LSR-like ball bearing nut
3. toggles/3-5way switches for more tone variance (e.g. EBMM Sterling, Fender Tony Franklin, etc,.)
