Your OTHER passions...

Okay, we all play bass. That's a given.

What are your other passions, musical or not?

For me, musically I'm passionate about acoustic guitar and piano, have a place in my heart for vintage keyboards and Hammond organs.

Non-musically, I love old cars, mostly Chevies, and mostly El Camino's. I'm also a bit of an amateur photographer. I want my own darkroom because I'm old school and prefer film, however money is stretched WAY too thin for all my hobbies.

I have a few...

Mountain bike riding / racing happens to be one of them. I used to fly all around the country to do solo Endurance Races. Since breaking up with the missus however I am finding the motivation to do all the training incredibly hard. I am however flying to Sydney, NSW next weekend for a MTB ride with a mate; I'm looking forward to it :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Music is a big passion of mine lately, I have been getting more into playing my bass again & I just can’t seem to stop listening to music, which is very loud :bassist:

Traveling is some else I love doing and really should do more off. I am currently planning a trip to Canada, and then flying on to Europe where I am hoping to pick up some work for a year or two. I feel stale if I sit in the one spot too long.;)

Women that screw me around and messing up good relationships with them seem to be a big passion of mine lately. I'm a few months out of a 4 year relationship and dealing with women isn't exactly my strong suit- it seems either I mess it up some how- or they do. *sigh*  :bawl:

Reading. When I'm not playing bass, or hanging out with friends, I'm almost always reading a book.

I'm starting to get into photography, too, but I can't afford my own camera. I have to borrow my parents' camera whenever I get the chance.

For music, it's guitar. I actually don't own a bass yet (Don't hurt me!)

I'm big into football and tennis, I spend a lot more time doing stuff for football (all the weights and conditioning and such) but I think I actually like tennis more. Oh, ping pong is pretty sweet.

Journalism. I'm sports editor and do music reviews for my high school's newspaper, and we're actually a pretty good publication, which helps motivate me to not suck at that. I want to get into photography, but I can't fit it into my schedule next year.
