Your Perfect Short-Scale

Wenge neck, with an ebony board, ash body, single EMG 35-DC in the MM sweetspot, with a matching EMG pre-amp, Hipshot hardware, including a trem.

EMG stuff wired at 18v.

Mmmmmmm......

I did this one , 30" scale, with darkstar pu's , korina body and neck (wengé reinforced) hipshot bridge and tuners... it works, powerfull and precise clear sound (well... clear for a bass but not muddy at all)Link Removed

and this one, 30" too but Hollow mahogany body with mapple top. one piece mahogany neck with violette wood fretboard, different sound but similar tone definition

(video on youtube for both model)

my favourite scale !( short fingers...)

Bronco bass in Torino Red with Hipshot Ultralite Tuners, Seymour Duncan Hotrails attached to a selector switch that is attached to a 250k volume pot which is attached in turn to a Fender no-load 250k tone pot, side jack, and a string-through Musicmaster Reissue bridge. In fact, that's my latest project.
