Carvin MB15 and 115MBE, both with neo speakers. This is my custom 22 inch scale Telecaster bass.

Great thread. Surprised to see that 115/115 is in the lead and that 210/115 is close behind. I would have thought that 10s would win the day.

I've been wanting to add another cabinet to my 210 and thought about a 115 but have read a lot on here about mixed cabs and whatnot. Glad to see that combination of cabs is used by others.

Not on the list. I do two Ampeg 1 x 12's also.
Tell me more about that bass

It was built by Bruce Herron of Blue Star Guitar in Michigan about three years ago. I gave him all the specs and sent the hardware. He custom made the bridge, and to accommodate a standard set of flatwound short scale (30 inch) strings, he cut a chamber in the back to hold the extra length. It took about five months and cost about $700 all in.

Standard Tele pickups?
How's it Sound?

Cheap Chinese pickups that are OK, but one day I'll replace them with higher quality. By-the-way, I chose Blue Star and Bruce because he was already making a short scale Telecaster guitar so I asked if he could do one as a bass.

Okay, I don't get it. Has there been a sea change here at TalkBass.
Where have the mixed speaker size police gone?
Something is eerily wrong here. I feel like the strain is building and all hell is about to break loose.
Four pages of mixed speakers and no one has been righteously spanked!
What is happening here?
Tired of talking about it. I just scroll past those posts. :D
