YOUR TOP 3 BASS PEDALS...GO!

Ooh, another Pharaoh fan! What are your settings? And of course, your genre. Settings won't help much if we're looking for opposite stuff. I'm still trying to fine tune mine, but love the versatility! It sounds so gooood! Rigtht now, it's a stoner/doom sound I'm going for, ala The Sword, but slightly heavier. Wanting something heavy, but nice and bassy for lead parts, but with enough bite that my "solo" section has some definition to cue everyone else to come back in on.

When I first took contact with Mark about a year ago, I told him I was looking for a stoner bass sound, particularly Fu Manchu "In search of" album.
This started a long discussion, out of it came out my Pharaoh Deluxe and then as Mark was so pleased with it he used this base to move onto the Pharaoh Supreme !

Mine has acid etched graphics on bare metal, looks great !

On my I have also 6 controls:
top row: tone, hi-lo pot, high
low row: fuzz, 6pos rotating switch (LSTR Si,Pharaoh Si, Asym Ge, Sym Ge, led, none), volume

The Pharaoh Supreme has MOSFET instead of LSTR Si, rest is similar.

for a great fuzz sound I usually have following settings:
tone 10-13 / hi-lo 15-17max / hi 10
fuzz max / rot sw Asym Ge / vol to taste

This is what made my most recent cut. Wanted something small and clean. The whammy is for pitch shifting, octave an modulation, the odb is for extra dirt(i run my sans amp RBI slightly dirty as is). The m5 i use for pretty much everything else The jamman to the IMP DI is its own separate chain that goes to the pa. I use it for sampling so it's loaded with one shot samples of everything from bass drops to movie samples, some synthy sounds i made with my bass into a pod hd,and some orchestral/piano stuff i make using east west quantum leap symphonic orchestra. The pedal on the bottom left is just for scrolling through presets on the jamman.
