Freelancing, I charge $150 minimum ($200-250 is more common). My original band books at $1100 minimum, with $1300-1500 being more common.

Never made any money playing back in the day. (Not complaining, it was fun and I had a day job.) Played at some bars, some churches, some teen hangouts, played for a car show once. The car show company did mail me a thank you note and a T shirt, which I probably still have somewhere.
We are currently averaging 450-500 per show little over 100 per man. But we recently did a fill in show in a place we normally play and some how agreed to the pay the other band was getting? We walked out with $62.50 a piece so half of what we normally get $250.00
We get between $600 - $1000 at the pubs, usually $800. We take $600 (+drinks) from the pub that gave us our first gigs. It is our local and books us 13 times a year.

Once we pay off whomever booked the gig, I'm lucky if I have $65 - $90 in my pocket at the end of the night. So I guess we're firmly in the $300 - $400 range per gig. It's quite clear that band pay has not get up with inflation given that it was much the same decades ago.
