I time marked it directly to the bass part. I love clanky fuzz. I'd probably put it with an even brighter pedal stacked, but I like it. Has that "Orange amp about to explode" thing going on.

the 18v bass samples on their site sound good! The tone reminds me of my Kuro t120, which was a Matamp style drive.

I think that's not fuzz. It's more like overdrive. There's a difference between fuzz, OD and distortion. It does have a good range.

Yeah, but it gets fuzzy at the nether ends of weight control. It's like a fuzzy overdrive but it's called a distortion on their page. I just like that it can fuzz out while still being clanky. It reminds me of an Orange or even my MarkIV Peavey being cranked.

just arrived and i compared it to my Broughton Scorpion:

my initial impression is that they are VERY similar. The Scorpion's depth control can add a lot more low end than the Zoar's weight control but i don't ever need to dime it on the Scorpion (or it'll get too flubby). I also think that the Scorpion is a little more punchy but i haven't spent that much time with both of them to see which one i prefer (but so far the Scorpion is a bit more to my liking) and do like the Zoar's relayed bypass.

Mine just showed up as I’m trying to leave the house, so I don’t have much time to spend with it right now. I can say it is a very crunchy-sounding fuzz, even at minimum gain.

Mine just came in today as well. played for about 15 min and i dig it so far. can get from real nasty fuzzy to tight distortion. 18v is required IMO way better bass response vs 9v.
