Zon Sonus RTK5 Replacement Pickups

Hey all. I have an older Zon Sonus RTK5 with the unlabeled EMG active pickups. Apparently the preamp inside the pickup has apparently malfunctioned and is causing the bass to cut in/out. It's been diagnosed by three reliable techs.
I'd like to gut this thing and use a set of Aguilar pickups (either the HOT 5, or the newer hum-cancelling J5.) along with an Aguilar OBP3.
Question is, any idea what the exact size of the pickup holes is? My soldering skills are pretty solid but my routing skills...not so much. I need a drop-in replacement. String spacing is 17mm.
Ideas?

This is a bad week to get any information very quickly, as everyone who matters is trekking to Anaheim for NAMM.

Do you have a set of calipers?

That would be the best way to figure out the measurements.

Unfortunately, I do not. I need to invest in some.
I've tried every search term possible. Unless somebody's got a Sonus AND calipers, I'll have to ballpark (which I DON'T dig) with a ruler. Just throwing a line out here and crossing my fingers...
