Zoom B2.1u recording help

Hey guys not sure if this belongs in the effects forum or this one but I figure it's more recording related. So whenever I try to record (MOST of the time) I receive this nasty static that chimes in lags (which ruins recording my cover videos because it off syncs everything) at times or sometimes just over takes everything. I recording through a usb (bought a different cord, wasn't that either) and into Cubase, which, again I've tried other programs and it still isn't fixed. I've looked and tried adjusting the latency and it still has not been fixed...I just really have no clue what it is, new to the whole recording thing. Any input or help is appreciated.

try installing the latest drivers of the Zoom and install asio.

Have all of the latest drivers. Tried reinstalling everything too, nothing

Maybe your probelm is that the interface and the software aren't set to the same sample rate. Try setting the sample rate manually on the interface settings dialog and use that on the DAW.
