Zoom H4n Pro + Orange Crush 50

Hello mates! ;)
I bought recently a Zoom H4n Pro.
I am searching for the best version to record my bass "action" with the H4n Pro with my stuff.
I read a lot (tons) of comments in the H4n Pro "world" but I didn't find the solution yet :)
I need a step by step help from someone, who can say me which cable, atenuator, etc. have I to use ...and how can I connect all my stuff?
The "task" is...

- I have the Zoom H4n Pro;
- I have an Orange Crush 50 Bass combo (the combo has a 6.3mm jack headphone output and an AUX 3.5mm input. On the combo's back are 3 "outputs" 1 for the blend pedal, and a pair 6.3mm jack FX Loop "Send"-" Return")
- I have a Boss GT-1B multi-effect pedal (I play on my guitar always throught the Boss GT-1B)
- I have a laptop, with 1x 3.5mm jack output.

Now what I want to do :)
I want to play from my laptop bass backing tracks ...and I want to record theese tracks on H4n Pro and...at the same time I want to play with my guitar on the backing track and record it ...to make 1 file.
I don't know what cables, and atenuators I need to buy, to connect all my stuff. I don't know, if I can record the backing track and the guitar bass as "line-in" ...or it is possible to record as line-in and at the same time to record with the Zoom's internal mic the cool sound from Orange?

I am waiting for your step-by-step help ...because I am an absolute beginner in the "audio-recording-world" :)

Thank you in advance!
Have a nice day!!
