Wow, the moog-style filter and bass synth pedal on this thing are absolutely awesome. I'm a little underwhelmed with the amp sims though and sad there's no POG effect like on the G series pedals.
They may have changed the stock effect EQ parameters to be more suitable for bass or guitar, but you're not going to blow them up.Can you use them on either the bass or the guitar?
I got my guitar version too. Don't forget to go to the zoom website and get the firmware upgrade. It's incredible. Increases the effects and number you can link
According to the Effects forum, Zoom says no MS-60B update and we can pound sand if we don't like it.I think enough bass players on this forum own the ms60b to make some kind of noise if we complain.
I heard a new bass effects unit is coming out. It won't be as durable, probably plastic, but I'm sure that's what they are working on.

I would have liked to see some more amps -- SWRs and SWR preamps, for example -- and some more FX, all of which which they probably already have in the can for their more expensive units and wouldn't take any great additional time or expense to put in a v2.0 update for the MS-60B...but they just don't care.
I am. Bad-faith behavior simply offends me. If you're OK with that, I dunno what to tell you. We're lied to and jacked around more every day, but for some reason I just can't learn to love it. Must be something wrong with me, I suppose. At $69 I am ot going to complain.
