Zoom Owners' Club!

I'd like to join the club, please! I have an old 505 which I use for my electric guitar, an A2 for my acoustic, and I just bought a new B2.1u for my acoustic-electric bass. Obviously, I am a fan of Zooms, and I'm having a lot of fun getting to know my new B2.1u (and staying up way too late doing so)!

I should ask for a number too.

I have an old 503 bass/guitar amp simulator that I use as a headphone practice amp), a G2 for electric guitar, a B2 for bass, and an A2 for acoustic guitar. My B2 gets used at church almost every week, and the A2 gets used at church about once a month.

I used to have a GFX8, but donated it to a young guitar player at church that needed an effects pedal, but is poor.

I use the B2 (used to own a B2.1U).

Bought the FS01 mainly switch banks up AND down while standing and continued playing.

Looks like it just clicks up? Once I figure out how to actually switch the function so my choice stays - seems stuck on the default by-pass choice. :mad:

How useful is the FS01 anyway? Anyone else find it actually handy or is it a waste of 40 bucks?

I'd like to campaign for president (or vice president) of this club. I have owned and loved lots of zoom products. I think they make quality stuff at excellent prices, they're all really user friendly, and their owners manuals all make sense. Much unlike Korg who's products I don't believe I'll ever buy again. I currently own:

Q3HD

I have owned:

ZFX
MRS 8 (which I thought was awesome)
A guitar multieffects pedal I can't remember.

I'm sure I've owned something else that I'm forgetting.

Guys like you and Brad help me keep my faith, by making me believe that Zoom things actually sound good and it's not a mere auditory illusion of my ears which like cheap things :p

Thanks. I like the number 86. :)

I've owned lots of different multieffects, and nothing comes close to the b91ut. Most others for me were next to impossible to program and use the way I wanted on stage. And they usually had only one affect that I thought was musical. There is lots of tweakability in the zoom, it's easy to navigate, and couldn't be happier.

I also have dealt with customer service, and although I had to wait 2 days for a response... I recieved what I needed the very next day. For free and hassle free. I'm a fan. I back their products 100%.

It does only bank up but there are other assignable functions.
To assign move the effect module to "control" and use the middle knob to set the desired function, return the module knob to play and press "save". Remember that this setting is global and works on all patches, ie it will always bank up if that is your setting.

I use a FS01 as a mute/tune/bypass because I have all my patches set up for performance needs.

FWIW A CD i worked on was recently released and i used the Zoom B2.1u on all the traks mainly my "bassman" patch and PV Verdine White bass. You can stream the opening trak.
