Me too! Once I find out if I'm getting this G&L or not, I'm going to be buying a set for 5er (G&L) and 6er (Spector). If I don't get the G&L, I'm getting the 6er set anyway

Pretty sweet. Can't justify the price yet though.
As he grows and offers more string gauges (.145 B, for instance), I'll have to check them out.
For now, my Fodera strings will get me by.

I used both Fodera SS and nickel-plated sets for a long time. I like the Circle K better. I haven't checked recent Fodera string pricing, but as I recall they are not cheaper than these.
Have any of you tried the 5-string sets with low B? I am trying to find the Holy Grail of strings...I was almost there with TI-super alloys...the low B was lacking though. Thinking in terms of .135 or .125 gauge.

Roundwound hex core nickel/steel hybrid strings sounds great - I'd give them a try try, but I don't see any standard gauge 5er sets [45/65/85/105/130] or taperwounds.

You won't find a .130 likely ever, but they're all taper wound.

Haven't played them enough for a full eval, but so far they have great bottom and are well balanced across the spectrum. I have the 100 set and tension is perfect across the board for me. Of course, that is gonna be somewhat subjective.
