Posted a thread on this too, but to the people that have with both- should I buy a Kemper Stage or the Quad Cortex? I'm headed to Nashville to take a crack at a music career and I can't decide which one would suit that better.

I'm thinking about buying a Kemper stage before moving to Nashville to try and pursue a career playing bass because of its sound quality and extreme versatility. I like the idea of having almost every bass amp ever made available to me, and it seems like the Kemper has more than proven itself...

Yes it is, and it’s very good. There are plenty of free or cheap third party 810s that are also fantastic. It’s a great pedal. I will agree with others that it’s not quick to adjust in battle, but this is forgivable for its features.

That sounds really great. With the power amp sim of the Torpedo turned on, it’s basically the same sound. I may have to see if I can get one of those custom ordered.
