I am digging this bass for sure. It plays well, from what I can tell. I am just starting out. I plan to paint it satin black and do pinstriping on it. No rush. Plan on learning how to do all the setup work with this one as well.

I lined my Rumble 100 and retained the stock driver. Very clear tones. I see no need to upgrade the driver, that being said I may have a free driver to try so I may seeing the price is right.

My Brother had this bass but was thinning his collection. My other bass is in the shop so I grabbed it with the intention of repainting it down the road. I read a lot of great reviews on these basses and got it for a great price. Sounds great, a lot of different tones available.

Copied your setup but used foam mattress topper. Read a thread here and a commercial user recommended it. Also implied they have done testing against acoustic foam. They still recommended the mattress topper. Will see what it sounds like when my bass gets back from the shop. I left the driver...
