EHX answered me, they said that there won't be any problem and that the DI is protected against phantom power.

Let me clear myself: my effect pedal has a balanced XLR output besides the normal TS 1/4" output jack. The xlr output will go to the audio interface while i connect to TS output to my amp. I just sent EHX an email asking them what i asked here Thanks for the respond anyway.
