This is exactly what I'm doing. I just ordered a used 1x15 for a good price ($600!) and I'm keeping my eyes open for a D-800+. I'm been doing a ton of research lately and I'm putting my money into Subway series. I'm so excited.

I want to know if the strings were all strung through body when the bass is returned. The seller sent it out with only the B-string strung through. The rest were at the bridge.

I received my new CLF L-1000 about a month ago. I love the feel of it in my hands compared to my G&L M-2000. (Although my M2K probably needs a professional setup.) I put GHS Pressurewounds on the L-1000 and instantly fell in love with the sound. I haven’t played outside the home though and...

I keep seeing posts mentioning CLF Research L-2500 and people changing custom orders over to the new product. However I cannot find any information regarding CLF L-2500. What’s the scoop? What’s the difference between that and normal G&L L-2500 USA? I just purchased a CLF L-1000 and love it...
