I accused a family member of stealing from another and the one I blamed got pissed. Long story short, I was basically told to return the gear that the other one helped me get. I will NEVER play again. I have no heart to play after all this. Sorry to whine to you all. I just needed to get it off...

I came on here to vent. Sorry if it is a problem for you to hear. Yes I have a job, but I also have three kids to raise and buying all new gear is not in the future. Excuse me for being pissed off right now. I thought maybe the good folks of TB would listen and not judge, but I guess I was wrong.

My playing career came to an end yesterday when a family dust up resulted in me losing most of my gear. In a way, I don't care because I was never going to find another band anyways. Being on 2nd shift kinda put a cramp in that. I have one bass and a combo left now and those are going into...

Back when I was about 20 something,(45 now) I tried to see if I could hear a fart through the pups. Squatted (spelling) over the bass, (t-40) and let some rip. Sad to say, it did not work, but I did make the drummer sick...LOL.

I'd love to have another one. The weight was never the issue for me, it was the damn toggle switches, broke one almost every gig.

While I do love my P bass, Fender has mad me want to go else where for my next bass. It seems to me that Lakland has taken a lot of people away from Fender and I can see why. I just hope Fender shakes up it's front office and maybe start taking customers more serious.

My Fender P Am Std needs new strings. I have a set of DR Peacock Blues I'd like to put on her, but not sure if she'll need a new setup after, ie neck tweek, intonation. I'm going from Super Bass 8250M NPS to the DR's. Am I ok to just slap the new ones on and let'er rip?

Mine was a tele shaped Hohner. Actually sounded ok, but the tuners sucked. I still wish I had it though.
