    @ TheBigO: Thank you for the input. Man, would love if I could try i out somewhere where I live, but no one sells Tech 21 stuff here. Seems as if it's going to be a blind pick on ebay :o. Maybe someone could put some more soundsamples of it here?

    Sorry if this thread is a lil' bit old, but didn't want to start a new one just for this. I was wondering, why does the XXL sound better with the BBDI? It functions like a booster or do you eq something or what? Thanks in advance.

    Any news about this? I'm dying to hear it too. EDIT: Surfed the net a lil' bit and found out that the album is recored and now the mastering, artwork, etc. needs to be done and voila! They're even having their first show soon.

    Awesome bass! So you gave the builder your design/idea and he built it from scratch? I'm asking because I'm looking for a luthier that will build me a bass from my idea not his designs. I'm assuming very few luthiers do that?

    Which effects are you using if I may ask ? I'm asking all of this because I'm thinking to buy MarkBass as quality rig that will last me a couple of years and I'm planing to use fuzzes/dists and don't want any hiss.

    Thank you very much. Ad how does MarkBass go with effects? Anyone playing any fuzzes, distortions with it? What I'm asking is, is there any unwanted noise when using those effects?
