now that you bring it up, the block inlay is kinda bothering me too, lol. i wish they'd just use the sharkfin inlay on all their basses. thats the only thing my C20 is missing. edit: but that trans blue finish makes up for it, IMO. i really love that finish.

i kinda dig these. may even pick one up.. i love the finish on that trans blue one. im surprised that a lot of people don't seem to like them.

yeah, i love my JS3V, but i still have a thing for those 90's models. if that one was like 400 dollars cheaper i'd consider buying it for the sake of having it.

yeah, i guess you guys are right. i didnt even realize it was only $50 more to be honest.. i guess ill just do that. still gotta decide which bass is going though. most likely the 4B, but im still gonna be sad to let it go.. even though its only $350, im still pretty tight on money these days...

yeah, the 4B would probably be the one to go too. i don't think im ready to part with that neck-thru 3B just yet. what are the 4B's going for anyway?

yeah that's what i was thinkin also. i might just get it, i haven't really decided if i should yet.. i might have to sell off either the 3B or the 4B before i can buy it though, which makes the decision even harder.

has anyone played the JS2 yet? im considering buying it as a backup 4 string, and im looking for some opinions. if its not much different than the JS3 i might just get it to save some money.

turns out they didn't have any of the JS3V 5 stringers, in black in stock, and i'd have to wait a month to get it, so i switched to silver burst, like yours, anonymous. ill post pics when she gets here, hopefully next week. i haven't been this excited for a new bass in a long time!

im purchasing my 5 string in black tomorrow. i tried to sell my warwick rockbass 5 stringer to guitarcenter today, and they offered me $150.. i know i can get more than that for that thing. but either way, im just gonna order one tomorrow and hopefully make most of the money back after selling...
