The reason for this is i like the tone...

    Drinking Before Playing?

I have never played fully sober :hmm:, that being said i get wicked bad stage fright and nerves get the better of me (liquid courage ftw :bassist:) , to this day i don't know what it is, so a couple of beers and recreational "chillin" :hiding: and I'm mellowed and ready to jam, however it has...

    Lost in a "Jam"

I've personally had an easier time jamming as a first meeting rather than covers, anyone can learn a cover, but its the moment where everyone gets lost looks up at each other and realizes what your creating is funkalicious, or it crashes and burns epically, good times out way the bad imo.

    Herrrooo

Herro, I've been playing bass for 5 years now 1 of which was in a funk/metal/hip-hop band, that experience really opened my eyes to the possibility of this instrument that I love. I look forward to further my knowledge via use of this website.

    The Acoustic Club

Lol yeah i normally don't play barefooted, that pic was from a show we put on with a bunch of other bands @ a pool party, sorta like a local band jam session, bare feet just seemed appropriate for the laid back atmosphere. in retrospect I'm lucky i didn't bust my ass...
