It's just plain courtesy to give a manufacturer the chance rectify an issue behind closed doors before airing laundry publicly, is it not? Quality control issues happen to everyone, especially at the start of runs.

Very excited about this and considering preordering. Would just like to know if this will track low notes as well / low latency as my G5, or will I need to play an octave up? I suppose with the pitch shifter in there I can drop the non-synth bass tone down an octave to compensate?

I've often felt that a missing fundamental effects unit would be good for this sort of thing, and wouldn't require super meaty subs to reproduce. Is that what the DBX unit does or is that a true octave down?
