I got a Warwick thumb BO. I just did not get on with the Warwick tone, the neck dive and the long reach to the first fret. Sold it a week later for a profit so it worked out good.

The drive knob adds distortion. The blend knob is how much clean signal (post eq) is blended with the distortion. Hope this helps. The only way to find out how the thing really works is to plug it in and twiddle some knobs. There are a few settings on the darkglass website in the manual section.

I've got rs66 on one of my bongos and rs nexus on my other bongo. The nexus are a higher tension - just in case you wanna give them a try in the future. I just picked up a b7k today. Haven't tried it with my bongos yet. Sounds great so far with my jazz.
