Hey, anyobody knows what this brand / maker is?

Hey y'all, I scored me a used Dia! Fantastic bass! Nordstrand pickups and 3b Pre. Not sure about the body / top wood. It's a 35" scale and the headstock has a "B" logo. Does that mark a certain era? (As opposed to "CB" logo) The seller knew absolutely nothing about it.

I used to be a die hard Hi Beams fan until I discovered GHS Round Core Bass Boomers. They're amazing and very consistent pack to pack! I did have a bad experience with Hi Beams a couple of times, when the new strings felt and sounded totally dead.

Ok, the makeover was to make TalkBass better? It failed. They had "no choice" to convert it to this particular horrible new design / engine?? What are you saying? Being mad about it makes perfect sense. I'm pro TalkBass, I'm anti user-unfriendly interface. Whoever was in charge of this upgrade...

The "negativity" is based on more than a decade of using this beautiful resource / website. I LOVE Talkbass and everything it provides, but this upgrade, for the lack of a better term, is absolute dogs**t, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Makeover for the sake of makeover.

What the hell is this "upgrade"? Everything looks and works WORSE. Is going back to the old look an option at all?? This just breaks my heart...

I believe it's Fernandes Gravity 5. Killer basses. Whether it's MIJ or MIT those are high quality instruments, best bang for the buck type deal. GLWTS!

What's the string spacing at the bridge? 17 mm?
