Thanks guys, for the input on DIs. Once I started exploring, I started to feel overwhelmed...mostly because I wanted a DI that would serve my passive and active basses. I did order an SB-2. I figure it'll be good to try out and it won't be wasted if I choose a different product in the future...

So...what is the consensus on DI box for use with B3n? I use a passive Fender J-Bass and an active Ibanez SR-500. For (non-pro) recording purposes, I want to use a DI from the B3n to the mixer (Zoom L-12). Typically, I use the B3n about 50% of the time. I've yet to fully integrate it...

I think BassOctFZ is what I've been most anticipating.

So, about 2 hours of play time last night...and have barely scratched the surface. First impressions... Smaller than I thought; perfect size. Was worried that the bottom control buttons would somehow get in the way of the 'stomp' buttons...this is not the case. Really well designed in this...

L&M called...my unit is in. :hyper: I think the kids may have an early bedtime...

That's about what I was thinking... Maybe some Chorus and delay. Minimalist for guitar. Of course the G3n is cheap enough... :-)

Anybody have a chance to run a guitar through the B3n? How do the effects sound?

Okay...finally pulled the trigger this morning. Ordered from Long and McQuade for pick up. No ETA. I live in a small Toronto house with 2 small kids and a lack of space. It's usually most convenient for me to practice unplugged, and plug-in for band practices at a rehearsal space. I think...

I too am surprised at the lack of videos. I can only assume that people are too busy exploring. I'm eager to see a few more videos like Giorgio's before I pull the trigger: Had a dream last night that the B5n was being released in October. :cautious:
