Fralin all the way. My 77 P pickup died and I grabbed a used Fralin P 5% overwind. This was 7 years ago and I Intended to have the OG rewound and put it back in, but my P is still sporting the Fralin.

I agree with JazznFunk, this does not look right. The four knobs are way too far apart, never seen any Sadowsky like that (I own 2 Japan metros). Neck looks like the real deal, assessing preamp and electronic innards is way above my pay grade.

Like a couple of others said, the laminate New Cleveland is highly thought of, almost an insult to call it “plywood”. And while I understand your disappointment that it was misrepresented as a carved bass, believe me, at 3k it is not priced like a carved bass.
