That is a Squier VM 77 Jazz Bass with a Fender decal, aftermarket pickguard , pickup covers and JB knobs.

Squier Jazz Bass VM 70's, Fender AVRI '75 pickups, CTS pots 250k, Orange drop 0.047 and Switchcraft jack, Fender JB knobs and Thumbrest, Fender Hi mass Dlx bridge, 9050ML flats.

To me those pickups look similar to ones I pulled out my Squier VM 70 JazzBass. Definitely your pickups are not Fender Pure Vintage 74 Jazz Bass. Here are my Squier VM 70 J pickups and you see for yourself.:

My "Fender designed" J pickups from 2013 VM JB look different. I have swapped them for a AVRI 75 Fender J pickups.

They didn't sound alike because on 62 AVRI series Fender used Fender Original pickup set : Fender Original Jazz Bass Pickup Set 0992123000.

I've also bought the same bridge for My Squier jazz VM 70's (That's Fender Hi mass Dlx bridge which is OEM on Blacktop models) and my solution was shimming the neck. Easy fast and worked well. CHEERS..

I've upgraded pickups to Fender AVRI 75 on Squier VM 70 Jazz, and bridge PU sounds huge with a lot of treble, with roundwound EXL 170 it's great, also with tone rolled down. I'd say that PU is little weak.

I'l probably get it after ny eve, maybe I work out a better deal who knows.
