I am searching for a 6 string TBX if anyone on this thread knows of one for sale!

They are an experienced tech manufacturing team who are the authority on manufacturing those necks. There is a real reason why those necks are a pain in the ass to make, and if there was an easy solution the company would have adopted that practice a generation ago.

If I had to compare Modulus basses to Alembic, I'd say the Quantum line is probably more comparable to the Epic series with Alembic, which I believe are priced well below Modulus's current offerings, and still feature neck though body and custom hardware and electronics...

I feel that Modulus build quality is generally pretty high. If you are talking about an $18,000 bass from Alembic, or even a brand new Mark King for $9,000, you can hardly compare these two. With the Alembic you are getting a custom machined bridge, custom electronics, a neck through body with...

I agree completely. But then you have companies like Lakeland selling basses at probably 2x what they are really worth, so why not...

Modulus basses tend to be pretty bright, I've found the round wound DR High-Beams calm that brightness down a bit if that is what you want.

Did you see the picture? I believe I just need the top 1/2, the flat top knob. Can you link where I can buy this?
