Yeah, it’s a Peavey Mark VI. I want to get the full wattage out of it and have a rig that will fit in my four door Ford Focus. Unfortunately, all the avatar cabs I can find are over $300 and I’m looking around $200. Thanks for the replies guys!

Hey y’all, I know mixing different speaker size cabs isn’t the best idea, but what about two different 2x10 cabs? I’m borrowing a friends 2x10 avatar cab and am considering picking up an Eden 2x10 that’s for sale locally for cheap to make a a 2ohm 4x10. Thoughts?

I'm currently running a GK 1001RB into a Schroeder 12+R cabinet. The cab is a 1x12, 8ohms and can handle 500 Watts RMS. It's super loud and punchy with a lot of cut. I spent $550 on the whole rig used. I'd suggest this to anybody looking for small and loud.

I just got a Schroeder 210212L to go with my WT300. It sounds absolutely beautiful. It's clear without being brittle, and the warmth of the Eden really shines. I haven't gigged with it yet, but I doubt I'll have any complaints when I do.

I don't have experience with that cab, but I've ordered through GC used before. If you don't like it, you can return it to your local GC and be out shipping. I believe (not 100% sure) That if something doesn't work on it when you get it, or if the speakers aren't the original electrovoices...

There are plenty of venues. This particular venue was one of the few that you can play as an original band though, without being one of the top bands in the area. Unless you're one of that select group, original bands rarely get paid in Grand Rapids, MI. Unfortunately it's just a given around...
