what string are on the bass they look huge. just wondering if the neck can handle them it must be good.

the body is Alder I have one just like it but white. The best j in the world for the cash!!!! it sounds great and plays like butter.

I need to get me a foundation with the super pickups like that one I had three in my time but for some reason i thought other basses were better and traded them away, now I know better.

sweet i have a 97 mij jazz and it is so so sweet and fun to play.

you could give EMG's a try. It is nice because they come with new pots and wiring so you upgrade all of that at the same time as your pickups and the emg's are hot and sweet with lots of everything!!! That is if you wanted to go active. I love the Dimarzio's too.
