I tested a LMIII many times and had a F1 for a while, and both were bland to me. Their cabinets are OK, nothing more (had a 151HF and currently have a NY604). I guess I am looking for something with a little more color (GK and Ampeg). The build quality was awesome though.

I have a TRB1004 and it is great. Use it to play thrash metal, classic rock, etc. and I love it. I wish I had bought the 5 string version. As someone else said, the string spacing is rather wide, so try it to see if it is comfortable for you.
