Wanted to share my experience swapping EMG GZR PJ for DiMarzio Model P/J in a Fender MIA P bass.
I was happy with the Geezer's at first but found they lacked clarity and definition for faster stuff. They surely are low mid focused. I also thought the PJ sound was barely usable...
I tested a LMIII many times and had a F1 for a while, and both were bland to me.
Their cabinets are OK, nothing more (had a 151HF and currently have a NY604).
I guess I am looking for something with a little more color (GK and Ampeg).
The build quality was awesome though.
I have a TRB1004 and it is great. Use it to play thrash metal, classic rock, etc. and I love it. I wish I had bought the 5 string version.
As someone else said, the string spacing is rather wide, so try it to see if it is comfortable for you.

It's really nice to see that OSH Park web site, but for my first project I think I'll try perfboard or veroboard. I'm still not decided because perfboard around here cost 1.50 CAD versus 12 CAD for a veroboard.
