These are the two pedals I`m looking at to get next. I`m looking for a good looper first and then everything else is a plus. I am not familar with either and I never have used any kind of looper before. I see the reveiws on the B3 but not that much on the Boss. Any input would be great. Thanks

The 2001 is overkill, I can only use 1/2 the head and still can`t turn it up past 1/2 way, but I like the overdrive channel built in and it has all the power you will ever need. So far very pleased with all the different tones I can get with this head with low or high volume. :D

I`m just waiting on my GK 412 Neo to arrive. I got the last one on Amazon for $677.00 delivered. I can`t wait to hear how that will sound with my 2001RB head. Does anyone have this set-up and if so would it be better to run it in dual/mono or bridged mode?

GK 2001RB Has all the power I need, an O.D. channel, and goes down to 2 ohms. A little on the heavy side but I love this head.

Thanks for the info. Has anyone had problems with either of the SVT-4 pro or GK2001RB not holding up? I have seen alot of mixed reviews on the Ampeg but nothing good or bad on the GK. There are alot of threads that say the SVT-4 does not put out the watts that they say and that they also are...

Going to get a new head for Christmas. After looking around I've got it down to the Ampeg SVT-4-Pro and the Gallien Krueger 2001RB!! I play heavy as well as funk and blues. Any info(pro and con) will be nice!!
