Hey, whats up guys. Has anyone ordered a Custom Shop to spec and negotiated the price with the shop you bought it from? Just filled out the order form, spoke to my salesman, and he his sending it to his Custom Shop rep for a quote. Im sure you can for a CS hanging in the shop but not sure about...

What's up guys. 1964 B15N here. Looking straight at amp the right transformer is hot, not excessively, and the left transformer is stone cold. Amp powers up and sounds okay. Is that the input or output transformer and has anyone else experienced this?

Some info on the Corona Classics. I have '97 and '01 American Standard Jazz basses that sound amazing. I emailed the Mod Shop asking which pickups would be closest to those and was told the Corona Classics.

You mentioned not trying D'Addario Chromes but I have them on my '73 Jazz and 2 CS Jazz basses and they absolutely rip. Great tone and feel.
