    Good picks for a full sound?

    I currently use 1.0 nylon picks from Herco and I love them but I'm looking to try some other ones. I want something that is clear and full and has drive but not something that has a lot of clack or high end clank to it. Any ideas?

    Is the EMG BTC system really worth it or is it even necessary?? I like to have both pickups on full on my PJ basses so would it even make a difference for me?

    nOOb question about EMG wiring??

    The toggle is a 3-way. What I want to do is remove one of the volume pots and wire the P/J pickups to one single volume so that the toggle switch controls which pickup(it is on). Basically, in between the tone and volume knobs, I will replace one of the volume pots with the toggle.
