What's the string spacing on this beauty? I'm guessing pretty tight... right?

SOLD Ibanez Prestige 6 String. Very nice bass

I may be wrong, but I think 3006 came in two options: ibanez pickups or bartolini pickups. I've read mixed opinions in this forum and haven't listened to it myself, so I can't say either one is better than the other. What pickups does your bass carry?

SOLD Ibanez Prestige 6 String. Very nice bass

My guess is ibanez prestige... it could be 1006, 3006, 4006 or 5006. Based on pots, it's either 1006 or 3006, the 4000 and 5000 haven't got the stacked pots. Great bass, I wish I had the money for it. Good luck, man.

Ibanez Prestige series vs Washburn Custom Shop (xb925/926)

Typical washburn basses ARE lower quality (built in China or Indonesia) but I've heard that the custom shop (built in USA) are really really good, top of the line instruments. I haven't yet been able to play one, though.

Ibanez Prestige series vs Washburn Custom Shop (xb925/926)

Hi everyone! I want to buy a new 5 or 6 string bass and I've been reading a lot about the Washburn XB925 and XB926 and the Ibanez Prestige series. They both seem pretty similar and both very good. My first bass was a Invalid Link Removed and I really like it (bantam series, early 90s: 5...

    5 string short scale??

Yamaha A2 series had a 5 string model called 5A2 and a short scale version of that model called 5A2M... those are hard to find, though. I own a 4 string short scale version in black and I'm quite happy with it.

    FS or FT...FrankenWashburn XB925!!!

Bump for a nice bass. XB925 is a really nice bass, too bad the neck has been replaced. Do you have the old neck and pickups? What does the added pot do?
